The 3rd thing you need is a customer retention plan.  This allows you to keep the customers you worked so hard to get.  You can increase short term sales by focusing on the here and now but in order to grow, you need a plan to not only get new customers but to get the ones you have talking about you and coming back for more.  Without customer loyalty you will never have security in your business.
